Northern Lights Village - Levi

The Aurora Cabins have a half-glass roof and all face north. The design is based on the traditional wooden kotas (teepees) of Finland and has been specifically created for the village.

Each cabin has twin beds (which can be made into a double) and a sofa bed, suitable for an additional adult. There is a shower room (with underfloor heating) and a toilet, as well as a luggage storage area. Tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and a minibar are also included.

The Christmas Cottages have been built so you can make the most of the great outdoors. Each property is less than a 5-minute walk from the slopes.After a day in the snow, the cottages offer a warm welcome home. Each one comes with its own sauna, where you can thaw out. Karesuando

The Davvi Arctic Lodge is a charming, simple hotel set on a quiet, secluded hillside in the border-village of Karesuando. The beautiful restaurant, its circular design inspired by the shape of a Sami reindeer corral, is the hotel’s centrepiece and from here you can enjoy panoramic views over the snow-covered hillside to Swedish Lapland located just across the border.

Levi

Built from local pine, these traditional style cabins have a cosy and homely feel. Each cabin is detached and equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay in Lapland, including a log burning fire to warm up by, after a day of winter adventures and drying cupboards. The cabins are available self-catered with a fully equipped kitchen or opt to upgrade to half board and have breakfast and dinner at the nearby K5 Hotel. Breakfast and dinner are both served buffet style, with a choice of dishes for each meal.

Jeris

Jeris Cabins are on the shores of Lake Jerisjarvi around 20km from the nearest village, offering families an idyllic retreat in the fell wilderness of Finnish Lapland. All come fully equipped.

Levi

These high quality self-catering cabins are very well equipped and tucked away in a convenient scenic wooded area just behind the K5 Hotel. They are ideal for families or small groups seeking a high standard of accommodation in a convenient yet peaceful location. The cabins are just a 3 minutes' walk (300m) to the village centre and 5-6 minutes' walk (500-600m) to the ski lifts.

Saariselka

A trip to Lapland isn't complete without a cosy wooden cabin and these traditional Kuukkeli Log Cabins are the perfect option. They'll create a comfortable space for you and your family to sit back and relax, spend quality time together or explore the snowy wilderness that's only a few steps from your door.

Levi

‘Idyllic’ is the best word to describe the Levi Cabins. These wooden huts are set on the outskirts of Levi, and are surrounded by snow drift-deluged countryside and dense woodland. Inside, the cabins are as cosy as they come. They’re wood-panelled and full of comfortable furnishings like rugs and plump sofas. Plus, fireplaces and saunas come as standard in each one. Set in woodland on the edge of Levi | 200m from the ski bus stop and close to the slopes, with runs for all abilities | Levi village is 2.5km away with a selection of bars, shops and restaurants easily reachable by taxi

Levi

These excellent quality log cabins are in a scenic wooded location close to the village centre. All are beautifully appointed with extensive use of Nordic pine, modern appliances and a really homely atmosphere. The cabins are a 3-6 minutes' walk (300-600m) to the village centre and excellent supermarket. The ski bus stops approximately 2 minutes' walk (150m) away.

Luosto

Kilpisjarvi

The Tundrea cabins and apartments offer a choice of timber-built accommodation which is quintessentially Lapland. Tundrea is tucked away at the foot of the Saana Fell – arguably the most iconic fell mountain in Lapland – and sits at the banks of Lake Kilpisjarvi, offering sweeping panoramic views of the Arctic tundra.

* Tundrea also features a lakeside hot tub, for which reservations and payment can be made locally. Meal times are often staggered during December to avoid congestion in the restaurant.

Kuusamo

The hotel has several modern, semi-detached winter cottages, which are located a short walk away from the main hotel building, amongst the trees (approximately 400-500 metres).

Meals are served in the main hotel building and linen, towels and end of stay cleaning are included.

Full pool access is provided for guests throughout. Pool towels can be rented poolside for approximately €6 or guests can simply use the towels from their accommodation.


For larger families, there is also a selection of two-bedroom apartments available, which can fit up to six people, with a sofa bed accommodating two children or one adult. The apartments are decorated in a similar style to the cottages and have the same amenities, plus an extra toilet.

Hotel facilities

One of the main attractions for families is the wonderful pool area. The pool complex includes a 45-metre water slide, a pool for young children, a waterfall, water jet massage stations, two hot tubs and a resistance current river. There is also a wonderful sauna complex to enjoy

The hotel is connected to the Angry Birds Activity Park, which is a huge hit with families

Breakfast is served at the hotel and usually consist of a buffet of international cuisine with some Finnish options for guests to try

The hotel has three restaurants and so if you want something outside of your inclusive meals you can try Café Piazza, the Mango Restaurant or the Sports Bar which offer a variety of snacks and food

There is a small shop in the main reception area which sells tea and coffee, as well as other snacks and drinks

Pyha

When holidaying in Lapland one of the best experiences has to be staying in a beautiful log cabin. In Pyhä, we have a range of cabins, that are simply brimming over with character and their setting amidst the trees laden with snow creates the perfect ambience for your adventures in Lapland. Pyhä Log Cabins are around 10-15 mins walk from the centre of the resort and the restaurants.

Harriniva

Riverside log cabins offer special Lapland experience and a bit of a privacy on your holiday. In winter you can enjoy the Northern Lights from your own cozy terrace and in summer the Midnight Sun will color the view even more beautiful. While the cabins vary in layout and style, they provide everything you need for a relaxing break after spending the day Searching for Santa in the frozen forests of Suomu. The rustic log cabins are around 15-25 mins walk from centre of Suomu.

Yllas

Villa Armas Cabins are excellent value, well -equipped, semi-detached log cabins conveniently located close to the Äkäs (Snow Elf) Hotel, from which all our Santa Break excursions depart. Inari

Alongside its chic cousin Wilderness Boutique Hotel Nangu, this stunning Lapland lodge strikes the perfect balance between cosy comfort and wilderness experience.
