All rooms are located 150-250 metres from the main reception and restaurant building, which is not interconnected. Superior rooms and Junior Suites can be connected internally to the 'Spa Water World' building.

Standard and Family rooms are not in the same building as the Superior rooms and Junior Suites, they are located into Keimio, Pulju or Korsa buildings. Family Suites located in the Sammal building.

Rooms

Standard Family Rooms, 20 - 25m² sleep 2-5 people. These larger family rooms have two single beds or a double bed in the main room and bunk beds in a separate alcove, a 5th rollaway bed is possible.

Superior Family Rooms, 29m² sleep 2 adults and 2 children. They have a double bed and extra bed for two children. The spacious rooms have been newly renovated and connect internally to the spa building (bathrobe and slippers included for adults).

Junior Suites, 44m² sleep 2 adults and 2 children in a twin bedroom separated by sliding door from living room with double sofa bed. They are located in the same building as the Superior Family Rooms which connect internally to the spa building (bathrobe and slippers included for adults). Interconnecting Superior Family and Junior Suites are available on request (please call to book).

Sammal Suites, 65m² sleep 2 adults and 2 children. These rooms have twin beds and an extra double sofa bed suitable for two children.

Rooms

Levi Black Apartments sleep 4-8 people. Each apartment has two floors, four twin bedrooms (one of the rooms is internal, no windows), an open plan living area with kitchen-diner and lounge area, two toilets (one on each floor), a shower room and a private sauna. The first floor includes the open plan living space, one twin bedroom (internal), a sauna and shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are 3 twin bedrooms and a toilet with a shower.

Annexes

Sirius and Orion are two separate apartment buildings, positioned next to each other in the centre of Levi.

Rooms

Two Bedroom Apartments: Sirius 1, 5 & Orion 1, 5 are about 72m² and can sleep up to 6 adults and 2 children. They are split over two levels and have two bedrooms. Upstairs there is a double bedroom (twin on request), an open plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and lounge area with a sofa bed, plus a WC. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom (no window), a small 160cm double bed under the stairs and a sofa bed. The main bathroom with shower and sauna is also downstairs. They have a furnished balcony/terrace.

Two Bedroom Apartments: Sirius 7, 8 & Orion 7, 8 are about 50m² and can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children. They have two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the second is an alcove with a double bed (twin on request). The living area has a sofa bed that can sleep 2 additional people. They have one bathroom and a sauna. The kitchen is well equipped. Each apartment has two furnished terraces/balconies.

Studio Apartments: Sirius 3 & Orion 3 are about 50m² and can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children. These apartments are studio style and split over two levels. Upstairs they have an open plan living space with a kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and an open sleeping area with a double double bed. There is also a WC upstairs. Downstairs there is a double bed under the stairs and a sofa bed, plus a bathroom with a shower and sauna. They have a furnished balcony/terrace.

One Bedroom Apartments: Sirius 2, 4 & Orion 2, 4 are about 57m² and can sleep up to 3 adults and 3 children. They are split over two levels. Upstairs they have one bedroom with a double bed (twin on request), an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with sofa bed, plus a WC. Downstairs they have a single bed (small 140cm double in Orion 4 only) under the stairs and a sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and sauna. They have a furnished balcony/terrace.

The Sirius and Orion Apartments are self catering and provide you with a well equipped kitchen. You'll be located right in the centre of Levi, close to the local supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Optional half board upgrade at the Levi Hotel Spa. You'll have breakfast here, plus a three course buffet-style dinner in the Ahku restaurant in the main hotel building.

Annex:

The Crazy Reindeer annex (150m from the main reception building) is where the Family Duplexes are located. The main reception building is where the Flying Reindeer twin rooms are located.

All bedrooms have an ensuite with WC, telephone, fridge, hairdryer, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi or cable internet access. All rooms have a drying closet, except for the Flying Reindeer.

'Flying Reindeer' Twin Rooms, 22m² (B3) sleeps 2-3 people with a bath tub, shower and balcony. With a double or twin bed, the extra bed is either a single fold-out armchair bed or a roll away bed. Located in the main reception building

Single 'Flying Reindeer' Room, 22m² (E1) is the Flying Reindeer twin room for sole occupancy 

Family Duplex Room, 32+12m² (F5) sleeps 2-5 people. Twin beds in living area, armchair extra bed, twin beds in mezzanine with sloping roof, en-suite sauna and balcony

4-room Family Suite, 47+30m² (G8) sleeps 3-8. Double bedroom and twin bedroom with twin beds in mezzanine. Double sofa bed in living area, full kitchen, 2 showers, 2 WCs and sauna

Panorama Apartments 

All the spacious apartments have private sauna, fully-equipped kitchen (with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and toaster plus washing machine), private shower, WC, phone, flat-screen TV with English channels, DVD player, radio, safe, hairdryer. All towels, linen and end of stay cleaning included.

2-room Apartment, 45-50m² (E4) can sleep 2-5 people with one twin bedroom plus alcove with bunk beds (120cm double bed on lower bunk and single bed on upper bunk for 2 adults or up to 3 children under 12yrs)

3-room Apartment, 65m² (F6) sleeping 3-6 people in two twin bedrooms plus 2 extra beds from sofa  in the living area

All the high quality spacious hotel rooms are located in the main building and are furnished in a modern style. All hotel rooms have shower, WC, flat-screen TV, telephone, tea/coffee-making facilities, minibar and hairdryer. Standard and Superior rooms are also available for single occupancy at a supplement on request.

• Standard Rooms, 28m² (A4) can sleep 2-4 people in twin beds, with a divan sofa bed which can be converted to 2 extra single beds for full occupancy. This room can be located on any floor and has a ski slope view. Standard rooms are also available for single occupancy (C1) at a supplement. 

• Superior Rooms, 33m² (B4) can sleep 2-4 people in twin beds with a balcony and drying closet. There is a divan sofa bed which can be converted to 2 extra single beds for full occupancy. Superior rooms can be located on any floor with a ski slope or village view. Also available for single occupancy (D1) at a supplement.

The entrance to the apartment is on street level, where you have two win bedrooms, WC and an open plan living area with kitchen-lounge area.  Downstairs there is a bathroom with a sauna and two single beds at the bottom of the stairs. These apartments have two toilets and a washing machine.

Pikkukarhu 2, 6 & 7 are around 54m² sleeping four people in a one bedroom duplex style apartment. These apartments have a twin bedroom and bathroom with sauna on the upper level. On the lower level there is a double bed or sofa-bed, a cosy kitchen-living area with fireplace and second toilet. These apartments have two balconies.

Pikkukarhu 8 is around 66m² sleeping four people in a two bedroom duplex style apartment. This apartment has a living room, kitchen and twin bedroom with a separate toilet on the lower level. Upstairs there is a second twin bedroom and bathroom with a sauna. This apartment has a balcony on the upper-level.

Karhunvartija Apartments 1 & 6 are around 65m² sleeping four people in one bedroom duplex style apartment. These apartments have a living room with fireplace, bathroom with a sauna and two single beds in an open area downstairs. On the upper level there is one bedroom, kitchen and WC. These apartments do not have balconies, there is a communal laundry room in the Karhunvartija basement

Karhunvartija Apartment 4 is around 65m² sleeping four people in one bedroom single level apartment.  This apartment has a twin bedroom with a pergola, and a double sofa bed for two people in the living room. There is an open-plan kitchen and living room with a fireplace and a bathroom with a sauna. There is a communal laundry room in the Karhunvartija basement
